Delivery Time
All of our pieces are made from our workshop in Tokyo, Japan by our small team of dedicated jewellers. Every piece is made to order and will take between 1-8 weeks to complete from when your order was confirmed. However please let us know if you require your order urgently – we are happy to prioritise orders in special cases.
Repairs & Replacements
We stand behind and guarantee our craftsmanship, however due to our stone-in-place casting process stones can occasionally fall out. In this case we will endeavour to re-set the stone/s, or else provide you with a complete replacement within 1-4 weeks. We are committed to making our customers happy so please contact us as soon as possible if you experience any issues with your purchase.
Cancellation Policy
If you wish to change or cancel your order please make sure to notify us within 7 working days otherwise regrettably, we will not be able to refund your deposit. Please email ruiandaguri@gmail.com with any specific enquiries.
